THE STATE CARVING OUT OF REGIONAL COMPETENCES IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATION HAS BEEN STRENGTHE-NED AND FURTHER JUSTIFIED. The Italian Constitutional Court returns to define the now complex regula-tion of boundaries between state powers and regional powers in the field of education. In particular, the Court intervenes in relation to the new regulations which the State has placed on the definition and distri-bution among the Regions of the staff of school managers and DSGAs (directors of general and administrative services), establishing their overall and substantial legitimacy.
