This article aims to understand the functioning of the international system from the observation of the daily life of the Latin American application worker, based on the assumption that the violence that affects him allows the understanding of the injustices inherent to the international structure. Therefore, following the qualitative methodology of case study, the study will be developed from the hypothetical-deductive method of approach, descriptive-explanatory of objective analysis, and will use the bibliographic and documental techniques of procedure. Thus, based on Thomas Pogge's concept of Global Justice, and from a critical perspective of international law, especially inspired by Luis Eslava's efforts to observe the local as intrinsically linked to the international, the work concludes that it is possible to analyze the structure of the international system by turning its gaze to the individual – Latin American uberized worker – from four aspects: patriarchy, racism, coloniality and imperialism.

Abstract
This article aims to understand the functioning of the international system from the observation of the daily life of the Latin American application worker, based on the assumption that the violence that affects him allows the understanding of the injustices inherent to the international structure. Therefore, following the qualitative methodology of case study, the study will be developed from the hypothetical-deductive method of approach, descriptive-explanatory of objective analysis, and will use the bibliographic and documental techniques of procedure. Thus, based on Thomas Pogge's concept of Global Justice, and from a critical perspective of international law, especially inspired by Luis Eslava's efforts to observe the local as intrinsically linked to the international, the work concludes that it is possible to analyze the structure of the international system by turning its gaze to the individual – Latin American uberized worker – from four aspects: patriarchy, racism, coloniality and imperialism.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
