A conservative management of Spitz nevi (SN) in children is currently adopted by many pediatric dermatologists in case of flat to slightly palpable lesions, clinically and dermoscopically diagnosed as SN (1-5). The aim of the current study was to analyze the dermoscopic and reflectance confocal microscopy (RCM) in vivo changes observed over time, during the sequential follow up of a series of SN. Abstract
