An isothermal cavity has been realized by a heat pipe having a radial structure, operative in a temperature range of 320-380 K, using water as working fluid, and a net of phosphorous bronze for the wick. Design data and results of the tests are reported for the effectiveness of the system when different and steady state conditions are present in external environment.
