Report of HCC developing in a patients receiving biologic therapies. Immunomodulation obtained through biologic agents (not only anti-TNF) recapitulates an accelerated version of the natural history of HBV infection including the development/progression of HCC. All patients undergoing to immunosuppression should be carfefkully checked and treated for hepatatis B.
