The paper treaties about the “what comes next” the Treaty of Lisbon and the possible future evolutions of the process of unification, after the innovative decision taken to entrust the first stage of Treaties review to the Convention.In particular, it analysies the legal feasibility of the different solutions that might be advanced in the perspective of strengthen Europe’s political unity and the procedures that could be implemented in order to arrive at the creation of an assembly to approve the founding act of a politically united Europe.
