In a previous work we have demonstrated the solar radiation intercepted by a non conventional airship is sufficient to allenergetic needs for civil uses, namely broadcasting and telecommunications. In this paper we present the energetic feasibility of a airship, properly named PSICHE, (acronym of “Photovoltaic Stratospheric Isle for Conversion in Hydrogen as Energy vector”). The most important aspects connected with high quote and Hydrogen and Oxygen production are discussed. The advantages of these plants and their high environmental compatibility are presented.
