A case study is briefly summarized were temporary workers, after 3 to 5 months of training, are effectively introduced in teams for a 12 months contracts. The case is taken to raise some issues on the conditions that, in the context of temporary jobs and intense workplace learning processes, enforce the benefits for both the company and temporary workers.
