This book, edited by the colleague Giuseppe Pulina, is the result of the project “Further development of a diet formulation model for sheep and goat”, supported by the Ministry of Agricultural and Forestry Policies, in Italy.The book consists in eleven chapters with several topics in the production of ewe milk, including: composition of sheep milk and mathematical modelling of lactation curves, nutritive requirements and feed intake, feeding of dairy ewes and their lambs, digestive disorders and their effects on the quality of the milk and, finally, grazing management, topic of interest not only for the Mediterranean environment but also for New World countries such as the United States.
