Abstract
Home made liposomes incorporating chemotherapy agents are cojugated to specific antibodies and used to kill tumour cells. The the binding, its specificity, the internalization of liposomes are shown by different means, including electronic microscopy. The killing performance of the liposomes emerges as a poweful one as a promise for future clinical applications in paediatric tumours.Pubblicazioni consigliate
