Between the period of biopsy and laboratory results, the patient also developed scalp and genital mucosa lesions. Oral corticosteroid therapy 1mg/kg was administrated to achieve disease control. In an admittedly short follow up, patient showed a good disease control, without new blisters. For achieving a complete remission and maintenance, further rituximab adjuvant therapy was taken into consideration.

Abstract
