From a legal informatics and philosophical legal perspectives, this paper aims to analyse the application of IA in law, leading the emergence of computational law and predictive justice. Based on this premise, the impact of new technologies in law and the ideas of Max Weber and Gottfried Wihelm von Leibnitz on the calculabilty of law will be discussed. The critical aspects of computational law and predictive justice in relation to classical paradigms will be highlted. In order to avoid over-techologisation, the Law and Humanities current will be presented, which aims to rediscover the humanistic roots of law with a specific focus about the concept of interpretation for Emilio Betti. The concluding reflections, based of some Capograssi's ideas, will offer some food for through on how to master technology without being subject to it and requires the role of philosophy as a critical science of thought.

Abstract
The concluding reflections, based of some Capograssi's ideas, will offer some food for through on how to master technology without being subject to it and requires the role of philosophy as a critical science of thought.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
