CHINA’S EXTERNAL ECONOMIC PROJECTION: A COMPREHENSIVE ANALYSIS WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF PROF. FU’S METAHEURISTIC GROWTH THEORY

This paper aims to explore China’s external economic projection within the model proposed by Prof. Fu, incorporating the categories developed in his previous work. The analysis considers the interplay of internal conditions, constraints, capabili- ties, goals, and external factors in shaping China’s external economic projection. The pa- per categorizes China’s external economic projection into three distinct phases based on the evolving internal and external conditions. The paper underscores China’s new goals, diverse instruments, and changing world dynamics.
