The Multiple Chemical Sensitivily (MCS) is a disease with unknown aetiology. The diagnosis is based on compatibility with the available literature and consensus documents, and on the exclusion of other diseases. In this paper we present the experience with these patients at the Institute of Occupational Health. University of Brescia, and discuss the role of Occupational Health Specialists in this context.
