This paper presents reflections against the suitability of introducing a new category of subjective personality, headed by AI systems, based on the analysis of a legal experiment initiated on a global scale within the framework of Thaler's so-called Artificial Intelligence Project. This stance is predicated upon a comprehensive analysis of the technical components of AI systems and their legal implications within the context of the regulatory framework introduced by the European Union. This framework encompasses the Artificial Intelligence Act (proposal), the Data Act, the Data Governance Act and its associated guidelines, the Digital Services Act, and the Digital Markets Act (proposal).
