The French government's website comprises a section devoted to the coronavirus information, by which institutions respond to their social responsibility towards citizens. This site brings to the attention of users not only recommendations relating to the health and medical situation, but also the repercussions of (the fight against) the pandemic on citizens themselves as well as the precautions to be taken. After two years of pandemic, what communication strategies government institutions put in place to inform citizens? It's not just a question of engaging them in effective communication, but also of winning and maintaining their trust. The site borrows its credibility from the scientific authorities and tries to weave an enunciative framework that brings together and engages the enunciator (the government itself) and its addressee (citizens). We will therefore examine the strategies by which the writer of the texts highlights the authority of his sources and builds a relationship with his interlocutor.

Abstract
We will therefore examine the strategies by which the writer of the texts highlights the authority of his sources and builds a relationship with his interlocutor.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
