Funghi parigini di Amélie Nothomb

This paper offers the first Italian translation of Les champignons de Paris, an Amélie Nothomb's short story published on Charlie Hebdo in 2007. Observing the structure and the style of the original, this translation, accompanied by an introduction and by a set of explanatory notes, aims to show how Nothomb's poetic is the same used in long form, emphasized by an open irony. Also, we can read the text as a proof of the author's engagement, related to the history of the French satirical weekly magazine.

Nel 2007, Amélie Nothomb pubblica una novella dal titolo Les Champignons de Paris sul giornale satirico francese Charlie Hebdo. Questo contributo ne propone la traduzione inedita, tesa a rispettare e sottolineare lo stile dell'originale, preceduta da un commento. Si vuole mostrare come il testo sia prova di un certo engagement dell’autrice e come la poetica di Nothomb si sia mantenuta intatta anche in una forma diversa da quella del romanzo, risultando enfatizzata dal tono satirico.
