We present novel plasmonic methodologies combining electron- and ion-beam lithography for fabrication of wideband fractal nano-antennas and slotted gold nano-particles. Performance of such patterns with nanometric-size grooves, and functionalized gold-titania substrates for photo-catalysis, are demonstrated. © 2011 AOS.
