Health surveillance of EMF-exposed workers at particular risk

SUMMARY: Present knowledge on the conditions possibly inducing a particular sensitivity to EMFs, and the relevant mechanisms involved, are presented and discussed. On the basis of the knowledge presented, the criteria that should be applied for the health surveillance of the workers in whom these conditions have been identified, are discussed.

Vengono presentate e discusse le conoscenze attuali sulle condizioni che possono comportare una particolare sensibilità ai CEM, e sui meccanismi. Sulla base delle conoscenze presentate, vengono poi discusse le misure che, in ambito di Sorveglianza sanitaria ai sensi della normativa attuale (D.Lgs 81/2008 e s.m.i.), possono essere adottate nei confronti dei lavoratori nei quali sono state identificate tali condizioni.
