A case is reported in a step-by-step sequence to show the transformation of a denture in a temporary prosthesis screwed on 5 mandibular implants placed between mental foramina. CONCLUSIONS. The method described by the Authors should not be applied on a routine basis without careful evaluation until immediate implant loading becomes a well-documented treatment option. Abstract
INTRODUCTION. The passage from a partial removable prosthesis to a full denture is always critical for many patients. For them new perspectives have been recently opened by implant dentistry and reduction of treatment times. AIM OF THE WORK. To introduce a standard protocol to make easier and faster precision impression and occlusal registration. CASE REPORT. Thanks to transparent resin templates laboratory procedures are made easier.Pubblicazioni consigliate
