Verso una ricettività diffusa come soluzione alla questione dei «letti freddi» per uno sviluppo turistico S-low: il caso del Sebino

Toward a scattered accommodation system as solution to the problem of “cold beds” for a s-Low touristic development: the case of Iseo Lake – The paper analyses the touristic micro-businesses of the Iseo Lake, focusing on houses and apartments with a non-enterprise management, considering the new Lombardy regional law on tourism, and proposes the creation of a centralized management organization for the area of the lake, which can assist owners in the implementation of new legal provisions. The development of this "alternative" type of accommodation, run by locals and closer to the territory, it could be an opportunity for touristic territorial regeneration to those places characterized by the presence of a few hotels, but many empty apartments, fostering the promotion of a new form tourism defined s-Low.
