Starting from the terminology of the environment, this paper is a comparative analysis (French - Italian - Romanian) of the renewable energy sources terminology (and their variants). Our purposes are to analyse the conceptual definitions of renewable energy terminology in European legislative documents, to compare the definition of the same concepts in the terminology databases (IATE - InterActive-Terminology for Europe) and, finally, to analyse the contextual use of terms in the case-law of the Court of Justice. The contrastive multilingual corpora consist in legal texts of the European Union, notably the Directives and the jurisprudence of the Court of Justice, and in the multilingual terminology database, IATE - InterActive Terminology for Europe. The paper is actually a three levels contrastive analysis representing the three types of resources which have been consulted. In our contribution, we shall highlight the similarities vs. the differences in the terminological or contextual definition of the analyzed terms, as well as, their semantic and pragmatic configuration in the three analysed languages.

Abstract
In our contribution, we shall highlight the similarities vs. the differences in the terminological or contextual definition of the analyzed terms, as well as, their semantic and pragmatic configuration in the three analysed languages.Pubblicazioni consigliate
