The paper performs a fast reconstruction of the judgments of the Constitutional Court concerning the European integration process, to identify some of the constants in the attitude of the Court and to assume a greater role of the same. The Court seems to maintain an attitude of openness to the process of integration and a consideration of the centrality of art. 11 of the Constitution in this area seems to be the lead in the Court towards a democratization of the integration process.
