The study describes the preparation and the characterization of lipospheres for the cutaneous delivery of glycolic acid in order to reduce the skin damage and improve the effectiveness of this compound. The results indicate that the produced lipospheres could represent, for size, entrapment capacity and sustained release pattern, a suitable cosmetic carrier for the improvement of skin tolerance to glycolic acid.

Abstract
The study describes the preparation and the characterization of lipospheres for the cutaneous delivery of glycolic acid in order to reduce the skin damage and improve the effectiveness of this compound. The results indicate that the produced lipospheres could represent, for size, entrapment capacity and sustained release pattern, a suitable cosmetic carrier for the improvement of skin tolerance to glycolic acid.Pubblicazioni consigliate
