A general method for museum site inspection based on a Quality Tree, which consists of seven main quality characteristics and almost 40 sub-characteristics. It enables us to evaluate the site quality by examining approximately 180 questions, both subjective and objective. A non-linear metric model permits a sophisticated treatment of measured quality values. Preliminary results are reported.
