This chapter presents the Manufacturing Service Ecosystem (MSE) belonging to Indesit Company (hereafter “INDE- SIT”) focused on white goods, in particular washing machines. The MSE presentation is structured as follows: definition of the product-service idea; identification of the Indesit service ecosystem composition by looking INDESIT partners portfolio; definition of the distributed ICT, organizational and service infrastructure to host the experimentation; descrip- tion of tangible and intangible resources involved in the pilots and demonstrations; and, finally, definition of business in- dicators to drive the assessment and validation phases. The chapter comprehends the preliminary description of the prod- uct and service prototype, and the analysis of all its implementation activities developed by INDESIT and its partners. The MSE creation has been achieved by two servitization cycles: the first cycle produced the first product and service prototype, while the second cycle evolved the first results by improving both product and service capability and refining the economic and business evaluation.
